Dad, you should come over for bread sometime soon! I am baking almost every other day, and the recipes are all for two loaves at a time. We are starting to drown in bread. Really good bread.
Thanks, Alison! The pasta was good! But it was more fragile than I expected. When cooked it turned into bowties and bowtie pieces — kinda like those bags of walnut halves and walnut pieces.

Waaaaaaay better! The no-knead bread is beautiful, but this — to me at least — is much more delicious. I only made no-knead bread once, though.
