		<description>Yum!  So great that you can get local eggs.  If you&#039;re feeling extremely decadent, an over-easy duck egg on top of a burger would be fantastic.  Or over a frisee salad with some bacon.</description>

		<description>Oh be sure to use them in your baking!  Best cake I&#039;ve ever made was with duck eggs.  Best cookies too.  The added protein and richness of the yolk fluff and fatten baked goods so well.</description>
