Brandy sour

Gavin invented this drink:
Brandy sour
(Makes 2 drinks)

3 oz. brandy
juice of one lemon
juice of one small orange or tangerine (even better)
2 teaspoons sugar or simple syrup
dash of bitters
2 maraschino cherries and a little cherry juice from the jar

If using sugar, squeeze all the citrus juice into the shaker, and stir in sugar. Add ice to shaker. [...]
